These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.securestratos.com and the services provided through it (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Secure Stratos Insurance LLC (“Secure Stratos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company and licensed insurance producer.

1. Nature of Our Services

Secure Stratos is a licensed insurance producer (broker/agency). We are not an insurance company, carrier, or underwriter. We help you evaluate coverage options and, with your authorization, submit applications to insurance carriers on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use this Site. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote or applying for coverage. Insurance carriers rely on this information for underwriting. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage, rescission of an existing policy, denial of a claim, or other legal consequences.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and code — is the property of Secure Stratos or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.

“Secure Stratos,” “Secure Stratos Insurance,” the SS monogram, and related marks are trademarks of Secure Stratos Insurance LLC.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, introduce malware, or circumvent security features
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to harvest data from the Site
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Site to transmit unsolicited marketing, spam, or harassing communications

6. Third-Party Content and Carriers

The Site may reference or link to third parties, including insurance carriers, regulatory bodies, and service providers. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or practices. Any dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

7. No Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure Stratos disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Secure Stratos, its members, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or these Terms is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), or the amount you paid us directly in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Secure Stratos and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) information you provide to us that is false, misleading, or unauthorized.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Insurance Regulation

Secure Stratos Insurance LLC is regulated by the Florida Department of Financial Services (FL DFS) under Florida producer license #G123562, NPN #21178984. We are licensed to sell insurance in all 50 U.S. states.

Complaints concerning our insurance activities may be directed to us or to the Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Consumer Services, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399, or to the insurance regulator of your state of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
