Secure Stratos Insurance LLC (“Secure Stratos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.securestratos.com and any services we provide through it.
As a licensed insurance producer, we are also subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and applicable state insurance privacy laws, including Florida’s Information Protection Act of 2014.

When you request a quote or contact us through our website, we collect:

- Phone number
- Type of coverage you’re interested in (Health, Life, Dental & Vision, Supplemental, or Not Sure)
- Any optional message you choose to submit
If you move forward with an application, a licensed broker will collect additional information required by the insurance carrier (e.g., date of birth, address, dependents, coverage preferences). That information is collected through secure carrier-specific applications, not through this website.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- IP address and general geographic location
- Browser type, device type, operating system
- Pages you visit, time on page, referring website
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
We use tools such as Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and improve our marketing. These tools use cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and manage Meta’s tracking through your Facebook ad preferences.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as necessary to provide our services:
- Insurance carriers and underwriters when you ask us to submit an application or obtain quotes on your behalf.
- Service providers who host our website (Netlify), process forms (Netlify Forms), manage email (Google Workspace), or provide analytics (Google Analytics, Meta). These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to perform services for us.
- Regulators and authorities when required by law, subpoena, or valid regulatory request (including the Florida Department of Financial Services).
- Professional advisors such as legal counsel, accountants, and E&O insurers on a confidential, need-to-know basis.
- Successors in the event of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to the protections of this Policy.

You may request that we confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or delete information (subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements).

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any message, or emailing us directly. We will continue to send necessary service communications regarding policies you hold.
5. How We Protect Your Information
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and vendor due diligence. However, no system is completely secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and insurance-recordkeeping requirements. Quote inquiries that do not result in a policy are typically retained for up to three years. Policyholder records are retained for the duration required by applicable state insurance regulations (generally 5+ years after policy termination).
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, some features of our site may not function properly if you disable them. We honor “Do Not Track” browser signals where technically feasible.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
